Major Service Outage

Resolved - We experienced a major outage from 14:44 UTC to 15:01 UTC. During that window, Gameball servers were unreachable due to an internal issue, so all requests responded with 500 Status Code - Internal Server Error.

The issue is now resolved and everything is operating normally. We’re investigating the root cause and will put guardrails in place to prevent this from happening again.
